ALWAYS SPECIAL (Arjun) was fractious, reared up and fell down before loading at the gates, as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders.

Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (MUASER) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.

GOLDEN BOURBON (Akshay Kumar) whilst travelling with the mid bunch, stumbled and dislodged the Jockey at about the 400 mtrs. Due to the above fall, running of MUASER (A. Ashhad Asbar) and NILOUFER THE GREAT ( Rafique Sk) who were racing behind got hampered. As this incident is purely an accidental, no individual can be attributed the blame except noting the same was taken. Jockey Akshay Kumar who was given immediate medical aid, escaped unhurt. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly developed swelling of the left fore shoulder and was walking lame on left fore.

Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (AMERICAN GANGSTER) reported that he lost his whip accidentally at about the 400 mtrs. The Jockey was however, cautioned to be more careful in future.

Explanation of Jockey Abhay Singh (ZORINELLA) that his mount ran green throughout the race in the process shifted out at about the 1400 mtrs forcing out AMERICAN GANGSTER ( Kuldeep Singh ( Sr) inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer A. Imran Khan was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Jockey Mohit Singh (HOPING HIGH) was fined Rs. 3000/- to be more vigorous in his efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
