Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (CONCORDIA) that his mount was restless in the gates and took a fly jump, in the process losing about 2 or 3 lengths and thereafter ran erratically and in the straight he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was cautioned to be more alert in the gates. Trainer R H Sequeira was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal (TOSHIRO) reported that his mount was hanging in for a greater part of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.

SHE'S BOMB (Shivam) was tightened for room at about the 1100 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front.

Jockey Shivam (SHE'S BOMB) was cautioned for travelling 5 to 6 horses wide from about the 400 mtrs for no apparent reason.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (DIGITAL EMPRESS) that his instructions were to sit close 2nd, which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for efforts, his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The Jockey further added that his saddle also moved back, as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage.  Trainer L.V.R. Deshkumkh was fined a sum of Rs. 5000/- for negligence in discharging his duties with regard to saddling of his charge, where the saddle of the horse moved back during the running of the race.

Explanation of Trainer K. Satheesh with regard to the improved performance of his charge LOVE ALL (R S Jodha) winner of this race, who finished close 6th in the previous race.  He stated that his charge in the previous race did not take a level jump and was also denied a clear run and was gaining ground in the straight as compared to the present race, where Jockey took level jump and positioned as instructed and extra 200 mtrs to run in the present race has been to his charges advantage and went on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied but given a chance was noted.
