Racing Incidents

Consequent to Jockey Imran Chisty having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey B R Kumar to be substituted on SARGENT.

Jockey P. Sai Kumar (BOLD INDIAN) was cautioned for shifting out soon after the start in the process forcing out SILVER ARROW (A. A. Vikant) racing on his outside.

Jockey Rafique Sk (TAKE A BREATH) (drawn 12) was fined Rs. 3,000/- for shifting in sharply 50 mtrs after the start in the process tightening the runners drawn on his inside resulting in interference to NATU NATU (Gaurav Singh) who in turn forced in SADIYA (P. Ajeeth Kumar), SARGENT ( B R Kumar) and MISS MARVELLOUS ( G. Naresh).

Veterinary examination of MOUNTAIN TOUCH (P. Trevor) after the race revealed that the mare was observed to be trotting lame on left hind.

Veterinary examination of SADIYA (P. Ajeeth Kumar) after the race was observed to have sustained clipped injury over left hind inside gaskin.  However, the mare was trotting sound.

Veterinary examination of N R I STAR (Afroz Khan) after the race revealed that mare was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain.

MOUNTAIN TOUCH (P. Trevor) winner of the race is sampled.
