Explanation of Jockey P. Trevor (FORTIS) that his instructions were to sit close with front bunch which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer S S Attaollahi while confirming the above added that his charge ran to the potential and opined that it requires longer distance.  The Trainer also added that he had fancied his charge in the race.

Jockey M S Deora (DUBAI TOUCH) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting in 100 mtrs after the start in the process causing interference to FORTIS (P. Trevor) racing on the rails.

Explanation of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh with regard to the improved performance of his charge GLORIA (Akshay Kumar) winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous race that previous race was his charge 1st run of the season and a mile race as compared to the present race, which  being a 6 furlong conditional race for horses not won since 1st November 2025, 400 mtrs less to travel and a better Jockey in the saddle has been his charge advantage and the Jockey could easily hit the front and set his own pace and went to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds was noted. However, the Trainer was informed to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
