Racing Incidents
There was a slight drizzle before start of the race. KHAMAGANI ( B. Nikhil) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths. Jockey Neeraj Rawal (VEERA'S PRINCESS) reported that his mount held the bit and was trying to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, was not accepted and the Jockey Neeraj Rawal was severely reprimanded for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound after the race but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer N. Rawal was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for race. Jockeys B. Nikhil (KHAMAGANI) and Mukesh Kumar (FIRST KISS) were fined Rs. 2000/- each for shifting in and out respectively at about the 350 mtrs in the process causing severe interference to ASHWA VIVEGAM ( Gaurav Singh) racing in between. Explanation of Jockey A A Vikrant (CALISTA BABE) that is mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised for a better performance in future.
