Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah K was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer wherein he failed to produce a Valid Glanders Certificate pertaining to his chargeVIBRANT QUEEN(Anish Anamo Hangal) after having declared it to run in the above Race. Under these circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer wherein he failed to produce a Valid Glanders Certificate pertaining to his charge JOONDALUP (Aleemuddin) after having declared it to run in the above Race. Under these circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer wherein he failed to produce a Valid Glanders Certificate pertaining to his charge CHARLIE BROWN (A.Ashhad Asbar) after having declared it to run in the above Race. Under these circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde (deputising for Trainer Mr. Aravind G) was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge LASYA (Vinod Shinde) in the above race[1st Infringement].

SWARGA (Shah Alam)was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Zulquarnain H was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day.

Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of DONCASTER BELLE was fined Rs.1,000//- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to SPLENDID DREAM (K.Sai Kiran) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres.

Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of AR SPRINT QUEEN was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing horses on his inside, viz; DONCASTER BELLE (S.Antony Raj) and LASYA (Vinod Shinde) approaching 1000 Metres.

Jockey R Rakesh, the rider of NATURAL LIGHT was reprimanded for travelling wide from the 800 Metres till about the 600 Metres, for no apparent reason.

It was observed that SWARGA (Shah Alam) drifted out under pressure in the final 300 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

It was reported after the race that AR SPRINT QUEEN (Anil Baandal)burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Bobby. Mwas informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
