Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. G Sandhu to withdrawKABALI (Mohd.Talib)on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained facial injury and bleeding from nostrils inside the Float while travelling from Bangaluru to Mysore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer wherein he failed to produce a ValidGlanders Certificate pertaining to his chargeLA MCQUEEN (Aleemuddin) after having declared it to run in the above Race. Under these circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

BLACK RAINSTORM (Faizan Khan) reared up while parading in the paddock, dislodged the rider and injured him. On immediate examination by the Club’s veterinary Officer and it was found to be lame on left hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawnon veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Order. Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Jitendra Singh, the rider of STAG'S LEAPwas reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
