Racing Incidents

Jockeys P. Uday Kiran (CELESTIAL POWER) and Ajay Kumar (BARBAROSSA)   were cautioned to be more vigorous in their efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.

MATERIALITY (P.Ajeeth Kumar) dropped back from about the 500 metres and finished the course distance behind.  Subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the filly bled in the race.

Explanation of Jockey Imran Chisty (VICTORIA DHORA) that his mount was denied a clear run soon after the start due to wall of horses racing in front, as such he was unable to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was noted for future reference.

COSMIC GIFT (P. Trevor) winner of the race is sampled.
