Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge SHINING PATH to run in the above race and subsequently failing to produce a valid Glanders Certificate. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above race.

Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.2,000/- for not obtaining prior permission for the use of Cross Nose Band on his charge EDISON. Subsequently, permission was granted to him to use Cross Nose Band on his charge EDISON.

Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu (deputising on behalf of Trainer Mr. S Narredu) was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge EVOLVITA (P Kiran Rai). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. 

XANTHOS (R N Darshan) after jumping out, lost many lengths at the Start and did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 100 Metres. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future and that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

EDISON (N S Parmar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day.

Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of ZEITGEIST reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.
