Racing Incidents
SAMARKHAND (M Reuben) and HUGO BOSS (Nirmal Jodha) were slow to begin. TOP OF THE CLASS (App B Mahesh) stumbled soon after jumping out of the gates. Jockey I Chisty, the rider of MING, was fined a sum of Rs.1,000/- for allowing his mount to shift ’in’ and cause interference to TOP OF THE CLASS approaching the 300 metres of the race. In the concluding stage of the race MING under pressure shifted ‘inwards’ thereby inconveniencing COTSWOLD ARMS (C D Hayes).
