Racing Incidents

When  found to have sustained a cut injury on left hind, BLUE LIGHTNING (C Alford) was removed from its stall before the start of the race, examined by the Veterinary Officer and declared unfit to race.  Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.  Tr. Vijay Singh was informed not to accept with his charge again until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.

SCHWARZENEGGER (S John) and STILING VEIL (Md Islam) were slow to begin.
