SCHWARZENEGGER (Sandeep Rajput) which was fractious while being stalled was slow to begin. ADELINO (Shailesh Shinde) was slow to begin. Tr. Bharath Singh when afforded an opportunity to explain the improved performance of his charge b g FLYING BOY as compared to its previous run in Race No. 144, stated that on every occasion when the gelding raced over a mile it had not performed to its potential. Further in Race No. 144 run over a mile, in spite of declaring an apprentice claiming allowance, his charge performed poorly. Therefore, he had entered the gelding in a seven furlong race and this victory confirms his charge’s preference of distance. The Stipendiary Stewards noted his explanation. |
