Racing Incidents

FIRE FALCON (A Sandesh), AITHOPS (App Rajinder Singh) and ROMANCER (C S Jodha) were fractious in their respective stalls.

ROMANCER (C S Jodha) was slow to begin.

When afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount LUCK LUCK LUCKY, Jockey Md. Sameer stated that he was instructed to take a good start and he was at liberty to place his mount in any position and to do his best on entering the straight. However, in spite of his best efforts the filly failed to respond to his urgings. The Stipendiary Stewards noted his explanation. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal when queried stated that the filly may have lost form due to it having raced on seven occasions so far this season. In view of his statement the Stipendiary Stewards strongly advised the trainer not to accept with his charge to run in races for a period of thirty days and that he should make every effort to adequately gauge the decline of form of his charges so as to prevent their inconsistent pattern of running between races.
