MAHARAANA (A Ashhad Asbar) was fractious while being stalled.

SUPERIOR STRIKE (P Kamlesh) was fractious in its stall.

SPYGLASS HILL (Shezad Khan) was slow to begin losing approximately three lengths at the start. At a subsequent enquiry it was established that the Blind Fold placed on the filly in the starting stall was not removed on time when the start was effected.

Jockey Mohit Singh, the rider of COOL CONQUEROR, reported loss of his whip approaching the 300 metres.

In the final stages of the race IMARA (M F Ali Khan) attempting a run between ZACARA (Md Islam) travelling along the rails and MAHARAANA (A Ashhad Asbar) was checked by its rider and shifted ‘outwards’ when ZACARA under pressure momentarily drifted ‘out’.
