FRUIT "N" NUT (Shezad Khan) which was fractious while being stalled jumped out awkwardly from the gates.

BOURNVILLE (P S Chouhan, drawn 2) and FLY WITH THE WIND (Shailesh Shinde, drawn 3) made contact with each other soon after the start.

An enquiry was held immediately after the running of the race with particular reference to the fall of App Hindu Singh (SREEPUTRA) approaching the 400 metres. At the conclusion of the enquiry it was established that the rider being unseated from its mount was accidental and no blame could be attached to any other rider. Thereafter, the “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted. App Hindu Singh was examined by the Medical Officer and declared fit to continue with his riding engagements for the day. The race track was examined by the Clerk of the Course who declared the race track fit for racing.

b g SREEPUTRA on being captured and returned to the unsaddling enclosure was observed to have sustained cut injuries on its both fore legs. The following morning on examination SREEPUTRA was found to be lame on left fore. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

The Veterinary Officer reported that BOURNVILLE returned with a cut injury on its left hind.
