RISING FROM ASHES (App P Vikram) was fractious while being stalled.

Tr. Vikash Jaiswal when afforded an opportunity to explain the poor performance of his charge ZARA GO ZARA (Vinay Jaiswal) stated that the mare had run on a number of occasions during the ensuing season which may have had an effect plus the hot climatic condition could have been the reasons for its poor performance. The Trainer was advised to get his charge examined by the Veterinary Officer and informed that the entry of the mare to run in races would not be accepted for a minimum period of 30 days after which he was to produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

Jockey Rajendra Singh, the rider of COOL CONQUEROR, was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).
