Racing Incidents

ANGEL GRACE (Suraj Narredu) was fractious while being stalled.

AQUARACER (Hindu Singh) was slow to begin.

ADHIRA (Nikhil Naidu) dislodged itsrider some distance after passing the winning post and injureditselfwhen brushing against the outer rails. Tr. Vijay Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.Jockey Nikhil Naidu was examined by the Medical Officer and declared unfit to fulfil hisremaining engagement forthe day.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ATOM, was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/-for the excessive use of the whip (1stoffence) and a further sum of Rs. 2,000/-for the indiscriminate use of the whip.
