HEART started parading in the “paddock” that the saddles used on his charges were inadvertently interchanged during saddling and as such he sought permission to re-saddle them. Taking into consideration that the above lapse was noticed by the Trainer himself, his acceptance of a very grave negligence on his part, the genuineness of the human error involved, Tr. Vijay Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 15,000/-.
