Racing Incidents

b g KINDRED SPIRIT, an acceptor in the above  race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the evening of 15th October, 2023 and found to be suffering from fever. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Rajesh Narredu was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. Tr. Javed Khan was reprimanded for the late arrival of his charge ASTERIX to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. The trainer was further advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future.

Jockey P Tejeshwar, the rider of ASTERIX, reported that his mount was hanging in for the greater part of the race.

Jockey Vinay Jaiswal, the rider of YUVI, reported loss of whip passing the 300 metres.
