Racing Incidents

For accepting with his charge SANDRINE while under medication, Tr. Rutherford Alford was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/-. Subsequently the filly was permitted to be withdrawn. The Trainer was further advised to be more careful in this respect when accepting with his charges in future.-

dk b f ALMARAZ was permitted to run without hind shoes as the filly was very fractious while being shod.

XTRAVAGANT STAR missed the jump.

Jockey Vinay Jaiswal, the rider of ALMARAZ, reported that his mount lacked initial speed and was finishing on during the concluding stages of the race, probably requiring a longer trip.
