The left hind shoe of IMPERMANENCE came off on its way to the start, the right hind shoe was taken out at the starting gates and the mare was permitted to run with aluminium plates on both fore.

Tr. LVR Deshmukh was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for late arrival of his charge HAPPY SOUL to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. The Trainer was further advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future, specially when he is aware of the habits of his charge.

IMPERMANENCE was difficult to load and was fractious in its stall. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again. Further the mare which was at the helm of affairs, started dropping back drastically from about the 300 metres finishing the race detached from the field. The Veterinary Officer has been requested to examine the mare and Tr. Shafiq Khan has been advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
LORD LUCIFER which was fractious in its stall, missed the jump. SPORTING TRAINER which was difficult to load, was slow to begin.
 
WHISTLE BLOWER and EASTSIDE were slow to begin.

SPORTING TRAINER and ASTERIX bumped into each other and  the latter further bumped EASTSIDE soon after the jump out.

Jockey P Tejeshwar, the rider of LORD LUCIFER, was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/- for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).
