Racing Incidents

b g ETOSHA, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of 10th November, 2023 and found to have swelling on its mouth. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Neil Darashah was informed not to accept with his
 
charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. TRUE MARSHAL was fractious in its stall.
DELPHINI was slow to begin.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of TRUE MARSHAL, reported that his mount fly jumped out from the gates losing approximately 3 – 4 lengths at the start and as such he could not place his mount as instructed, was noted.

The Veterinary Officer reported that FULL VOLUME returned bleeding from its nostrils. Tr. B Mahesh was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
