SNOW LEOPARD drifted out under pressure in the concluding stages of the race.

Jockey S Saqlain (PHENOMENAL LADY) REPORTED that his mount dropped out of contention rounding the final bend and was tending to hang out in spite of his efforts, was noted.   Tr. Patrick Quinn was advised to take immediate remedial measures.
 
Tr. Patrick Quinn was fined a sum of Rs. 500/- for using hind bandages on his charge PHENOMENAL LADY without obtaining prior permission.
