Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (CLEVER HANS) reported that his mount refused to raise a gallop in the initial part of the race as in the previous run and was hanging out for the greater part of the race. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the
Stipendiary Steward in a mock race and to take appropriate remedial measures.

Tr. Rutherford Alford when questioned regarding his riding instructions to Jockey Imran Chisty on his charge MULTISTARRER, stated that he had instructed the Jockey to go to the front as there was no front running horse in this race and to do his best. On questioning, the Jockey corroborated the Trainer’s instructions. The Stipendiary Steward while noting their explanations, advised Tr. Rutherford Alford to ensure that his charge runs in a similar fashion in its future outings.
