Racing Incidents
At the request of Trainer Narendra Lagad, PALERMO was examined by the Sr. VO at 2000 hours on 06/09/2008 and was found to have fever, as such the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Soon after the start, ADAMS LAW (Dashrath Singh) shifted in and went onto NONIOS (Anil Baandal) who in turn went onto YOUNG OFFENDER (K.P.G.Appu). Jockey Dashrath Singh has been fined Rs.2000/- for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
