Racing Incidents
At the request of Trainer P Shroff, FINFOOT was examined at 1145 hours on 05/09/09 and was found to be sore by the left fore leg due to an injury on the frog. As such the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Jockey Suraj Narredu (SCENIC SILVER) reported that his mount was uncomfortable in the final furlong and was lugging in and since the horse was not responding, he had eased up his mount. On a request the Sr. VO reported that no abnormality was detected.
