At the request of Trainer Imtiaz A.Sait, CAPRISCA was examined at 0925 hours on 31/08/2019 and found to have swelling at both fore fetlock joints. Subsequently, on scrutinizing the Race Day Medical Report submitted by the Equine Hospital and Private Vets, it was observed that CAPRISCA was declared to run in this race within 10 days of having received the Extra Corporeal Shock Wave therapy, as such, the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. In this connection, Trainer Imtiaz A.Sait has been fined Rs.10,000/- for the lapse on his part. Further, the Trainer is required to obtain a fitness certificate for the gelding from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
 
The Equine Hospital reported that ADJUDICATE had right eye injury (sore).
 
After the race, ADJUDICATE was trotted and found to be sound.
