Racing Incidents
Soon after the start, FOREST FLAME (A. Sandesh) shifted in thereby tightening KAMILAH (Neeraj Rawal) and JULIETTE causing both the horses to check and drop back. After the race, on questioning, Jockey A. Sandesh accepted his mistake and added that he could have made more of an effort to keep a straight course. However, the matter has been reported to the Stewards for such action as they deemed fit. After the race, Jockey C. S. Jodha (JULIETTE) reported that his mount was inclined outwards from 800 metres, despite his efforts. As such, Trainer Karthik Ganapathy has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, JULIETTE was trotted and found to be sound.
