Racing Incidents
Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh fined Rs. 3,000/- for the dismal performance of his charge RUNWAY MODEL (LAXMAN). GRAND ACT (CH K CHARY) and ROYAL ASSEMBLY (M. KRISHNA) lost their footing as the start was affected losing about 2 to 3 lengths each. Explanation of Jockey J.H. Christopher (AL ZAHARA) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Jockey J.H. Christopher also reported loss of his whip at about 300 metres.
