Racing Incidents

A Stewards enquiry was ordered into the fall of App. J. Vikas (TILLCOWSCOMEHOME) at about the 600 metres and resolved to disqualify INDIAN EPIC (A. IMRAN KHAN) the winner from 1st place and ordered revised placings as under.

            RIO GRANDE (APP. KULDEEP SINGH) – 1st
            TRUE FUTURE (APP. A.K. PAWAR) – 2nd
            STAR PROSPECT (N. RAWAL) – 3rd
            FLASH OF EMERALD (P.S. CHOUHAN) – 4th

The Stewards further suspended Jockey A. Imran Khan from riding in races with effect from 12th to 21st November, 2011 both days inclusive for dangerous riding.

Due to the above fall the running of IMAAN (A. ASHHAD ASBAR) racing directly was hampered. App. J. Vikas who was rendered necessary medical aid escaped with minor injuries and the App. was subsequently certified unfit to ride for the remainder of the days programme.

App. Kuldeeop Singh  (RIO GRANDE) fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting in soon after the start causing interference to AL JABAL (R. LAXMIKANTH) and STAR PROSPECT (N. RAWAL).
