Racing Incidents

ROSEMEAD (A. SANDESH) jumped out slowly losing about 2 to 3 lengths.

Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (OASIS VISION) that his mount threw her head up as the start was effected in the process losing 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter in the straight when asked for an effort the filly refused to raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts .  Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh while confirming the above opined that the filly always ran over a distance of about 1200 metres and the extra 200 metres to travel in this race had been to her disadvantage as such she shortened her strides and dropped back in the finals stages of the race noted for future reference
