Explanation of Jockey C. Henrique (NANO BELLE) that soon after the start in trying to put on his goggles which he had forgot to put on before the start, his mount had shifted out for a couple of strides resulting in hampering the running of MUSICAL NOTE (P.S. CHOUHAN) racing on his outside until about the 1000 metres was not accepted and he was fined Rs. 3,000/- for this lapse on his part.  He was further warned to ensure that such lapses do not occur in future.

Explanation of Jockey Martin Wepner  (LOVELY ANGEL) that his whip got entangled with the reins between 500 and 400 metres due to which he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage, noted.  He was however cautioned to be more careful in future.

Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (MUSICAL NOTE) that his instructions were to position a close 2^nd or 3^rd which he could not follow as he was forced out in the initial stages of the race due to which he lost considerable ground and thereafter when asked for an acceleration the filly did not respond to his urgings inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
