FLYING SPUR (M.F. Ali Khan) jumped out awkwardly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.  Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of App. N.S. Rathore (MODERN SNIPER) in the presence of Trainer K. Satheesh  that his mount was keen soon after the start and in trying to settle the gelding maintained an erratic course in the process caused inteerfernece to DEAR FRIEND (Deep Shanker) and VIJAY VIRAAJ (P.S. Chouhan) in the initial stages of the race and again caused interference to VIJAY VIRAAJ (P.S. Chouhan) while negotiating the final bend was not accepted and App. N.S. Rathore was fined for failing to exercise sufficient control over his mount for greater part of the race.

Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (VIJAY VIRAAJ) that after his mount got interfered in the initial stages of the race and again while negotiating the final bend thereafter lost interest in the race and was also hanging in, in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
