EXCLUSIVE LADY (App. Akshay Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Jockey C. Henrique (KINTYRE PRINCESS) was fined for shifting in 50 mtrs after the start in the process causing interference to SPIRITED (App. Deepak Singh) on the rails. 

Explanation of Jockey Kiran Naidu (CLASSIC EMERALD) that he accidently lost his whip at about the 300 mtrs was noted. The Jockey was however, cautioned to be more careful in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action.

Explanation of Jockey A.K. Pawar (FENWAY COURT) that his whip got stuck in the reins, as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage in the final stages of the race was not accepted and he was severely reprimanded to be more careful in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action.

Explanation of Jockey C. Henrique (KINTYRE PRINCESS) in the presence of trainer Anupam Sharma that his instructions were to sit close with the front runners but his mount did not show any interest in the race and was dropping back as the horses came next to him inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer Anupam Sharma was advised for a better performance in future.
