Permission has been granted to Trainer D. Netto to saddle BRILLIANT (App. Akshay Kumar) on behalf of Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas at both Trainers’ risk and liability.
 
Explanation of App. Ajit Singh (PENUMATCHA'S PRIDE) that his instructions were to go to front but as his saddle moved to front at about the 1200 mtrs, he could not balance himself in the saddle as such removed his feet from the stirrups and thereafter could not offer any assistance to his mount. As this confirmed our observation, the App. explanation was noted.  Trainer R.H. Sequeira was fined for failing to exercise greater care in saddling of his mount and was cautioned to be more careful with regard to saddling of his charges in future.  
 
Explanation of Jockey Suraj Narredu (ELYSIAN) that he was forced to travel wide in the initial stages of the race, as such he could not position his mount as instructed and thereafter he did his best in the straight.  As this confirmed our observation, explanation of Jockey was noted.
 
Jockey Aneel (LIMITATION) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 100 mtrs under the use of whip though no interference was caused.
 
Explanation of Jockey Beuzelin Louis (SILVASSA) that his instructions were to ride a settled race in the initial stages of the race and in trying to do so, his mount ducked out at about the 1800 mtrs catching him unaware in the process forced out and caused inconvenience to LIMITATION (Aneel) and ELYSIAN (Suraj Narredu). As this confirmed our observation, Jockeys explanation noted.
