Racing Incidents

Explanation of Jockey Dashrath Singh (REUNION) that his instructions were to sit close 3rd and do his best in the straight which he could not follow as his mount was keen soon after the start as such he was forced to go to front and thereafter when asked for an effort, the gelding dropped back in the straight inspite of is best efforts and finished the course distance behind, noted for future reference.
 
Jockey Koushik (THE MAN IN BLACK) was severely reprimanded for shifting out under use of the whip at about the 400 mtrs and thereafter travelling wide in the straight for no apparent reason.
 
App. Rafique Sk (SAN VINTO) was fined Rs. 3000/- for excessive use of the whip (1st offence).
 
CANBERRA (Md. Ismail) trailed the field and finished the course distance behind. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to ensure that his charge is capable of running with the field in future.
