Racing Incidents

Jockey Praveen Gaddam (BRUSH THE SKY) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting out immediately after the start in the process forcing out TEQUILA (Rafique Sk) who in turn forced out MOSSEL BAY (A. Ashhad Asbar). 
 
Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (HURRICANE) was severely reprimanded for shifting in 50 mtrs after the start in the process forcing in ESCALATING STRIKER (G. Naresh) who in turn shifted in and took the ground of BRUSH THE SKY (Praveen Gaddam).
 
Explanation of Jockey Aneel (ONE ONE ONE) in the presence of Trainer R.H. Sequeira that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the filly did not raise a winning gallop. The Jockey further added that his mount ran green and also shying from the horses racing on her inside inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey N. Rawal (DUMBLEDORE) that his mount was hanging in throughout the race inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting in at about the 300 mtrs and forcing in NISSIASHTON (P. Sai Kumar).
 
MOSSEL BAY (A. Ashhad Asbar) trailed the field throughout the race.
