Racing Incidents

Permission has been granted to Trainer L V R Deshmukh to saddle HEAVEN CAN WAIT (App Md. Ismail) on behalf of Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy at both the Trainers risk and liability.

Explanation of App. Jitendra Singh (SPACE SHIP) that his mount was trying to run out soon after the start as such he could not ride out his mount on even keel was not accepted and the App. was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future.

Explanation of Jockey B.R. Kumar (INDIAN ARISTOCRAT) that his mount was trying to run out in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (CYMBAL) that he opted to take the gap prevailing in the front on rails in the straight which was subsequently closed, as such he was forced to shift out to make his final challenge from the outside in the straight  noted.  The Jockey was however cautioned to be more careful in taking the decisions in future.
