ON MY WAY (G. Naresh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was advised for a better performance in future.
 
App. Rohit Kumar (NAYADEEP) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process forcing in WINGS OF EAGLES (B.R Kumar).
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (SIYABONGA) in the presence of Trainer Laxman Singh that his instructions were to sit close 3rd and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the filly did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that he had no plausible explanation to offer to his charges dismal performance. The Trainer further added that based on the previous run, he had fancied his charge in this race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound after the race, on scoping revealed the presence of sinuses and mucous in trachea and is being treated for the same.
 
Explanation of Jockey C. Umesh (TREASURE STRIKER) that he was forced to use his mount soon after the start to be well up with the field as instructed by the Trainer resulting in gelding getting tired and did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference.
