SOMERSET (App. R. Ajinkya) was observed to be suffering from fever, as such the rig has been permitted to be permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. Trainer L.D' Silva was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of App. R S Jodha (SHILOH) that his mount dropped back from about the 500 mtrs whilst traveling with front runners and finished the course distance behind. Trainer D. Netto while confirming the above added that his charge in this race, ran with a tougher bunch as compare to the previous race which was for horses rated 20 to 45 and further opined that the filly has ran to her potential was noted for future reference.

Jockey Kunal Bunde (THE SPECIAL ONE) reported that his mount ran erratic throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer R.H. Sequeira was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in race.

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (N R I POWER) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination of the filly, revealed sharp molars on both sides. Endoscopic examination revealed presence of mucous in trachea.
