Consequent to Jockey Deepak Singh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Praveen Gaddam to be substituted on BEDAZZLED.

Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was fined Rs. 2000/- for failing to provide Owners registered colours on his mount STERLING KING (G. Naresh). However, the Trainer was permitted to use emergency colours " ALL BLACK" on his mount.

An objection lodged by Jockey Nakhat Singh (GAZEBO) placed 4th by the Judge against Jockey A.A. Vikrant (UNSTOPPABLE) placed 2nd by the Judge that " he came in sharply on to me in the final 250 mtrs, bumping and taking my ground whereby by I had to check my mount resulting in me getting unbalanced on my mount and dropped back, that cost me a certain 2nd place" was overruled by the Stewards and the Judges placings remained unchanged.

On a report from the Stipendiary Stewards that App. Rohit Kumar has ridden a careless race in that he shifted in on to DARSHISH (Gaurav Singh) approaching the final 300 mtrs, who in turn shifted in and crowded the runners racing on his inside resulting in severe interference to UNSTOPPABLE (A.A. Vikrant), GAZEBO (Nakhat Singh) and JO MALONE (App. Abhay Singh) racing on the rails, the Stewards opened an enquiry.  The Stewards having noted the explanation tendered by App. Rohit Kumar in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards, viewing the replay of the race on CCTV and acting on their own observation of the race, the Stewards not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by App. Rohit Kumar, resolved to suspended him from riding in races w.e.f. 7th November to 11th November 2019 both days inclusive for careless riding under Rule 161 (i) of the HRC Rules of Racing.

The App. is however, permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.
