Racing Incidents

Permission has been granted to Trainer Karthik Ganapathy to saddle SOUTHERN DYNASTY (C.S. Jodha) on behalf of Trainer S. Ganapathy at both Trainers' risk and liability.
 
KENSINGTON (Antony Raj S) veered out from about the 400 mtrs on to outer track and finished the course as such, in the process dislodged the Jockey after passing the winning post. Trainer Arjun Mangalorkar was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (FALCON EDGE) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer R H Sequeira while confirming the above added that the colt might not have liked the going as such the poor performance and other than this he has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges dismal performance noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt was trotting lame on left fore due to tendon strain.
