AINTREE (Kuldeep N B) was examined at the Starting gates and was observed to have sustained bleeding cut injury over right fore, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.
 
Explanation of Jockey S. Zervan (MANDALA BAY) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount galloped in snatches in the straight, inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L.D' Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Jockey Akshay Kumar (AERIAL COMBAT) was cautioned for travelling wide while negotiating the final bend for no apparent reason.
 
Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was questioned with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge DIFFERENT (Md. Ismail) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous race to which the Trainer stated that in the previous race The App. Jockey could not ride out the horse in the straight as compared to the present race where the Jockey could able to go to front and set his own pace and handled better which has added to his charges improved performance and went on to win the race.  The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum Rs. 5,000/- for in consistent running of his charge.
