Consequent to Jockey A A Vikrant having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Aneel to be substituted on CURCUMIN.
 
There was heavy rain during the running of the race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Deepak Singh (FOUR ONE FOUR) that his mount jumped out awkwardly in the process lost about 1 or 2 lengths, and in the straight he was denied a clear run due to wall of horses racing in front,  the running of his mount also got hampered at about the 250 mtrs due to tightening, noted. The Jockey was however, cautioned to be more alert in the gates in future.
 
App. Abhay Singh (HURRICANE) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 250 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to FOUR ONE FOUR (Deepak Singh).
 
Explanation of App. Gaurav Singh (SACRED LAMP) that his mount drifted out from about the 300 mtrs under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of Trainer Laxman Singh with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge SUBLIME (Ajit Singh) the winner of the this race who finished off board in the previous race that his charge in race No. 48 had run with a weaker set i.e. for horses rated 20 to 45 as compared to Race No. 66 where the mare had run with superior set of horses rated 40 to 65 and also received interference in the race.  The Trainer further added that in the present race which is for horses rated 20 to 45, the Jockey could go to front easily and set his own pace and went on to win the race, noted.  The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Trevor (FLAMINGO FAME) that he did not get a clear run in the straight unti about the 250 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front and also the visibility was poor due to rain and kick back, as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage thereafter was noted for future reference.
 
On a report from the Clerk of the Scales that due to heavy rain, the Jockeys in this race have “weighed in” 4 Kgs more than the weight at which they “weighed out”, the Stewards having noted that the excess weight was due to wet have authorised the Clerk of the Scales to give “ALL CLEAR”.
 
SUBLIME (Ajit Singh) winner of the race is sampled.
