Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (THEO’S CHOICE) that his mount jumped out slowly as such he could not position his mount as instructed was not accepted and the Jockey was cautioned for failing to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
 
Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (CHAR EK CHAR) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in 100 after the start in the process causing interference to SALISBURY (App. Abhay Singh).
 
Explanation of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge DILLON (B. Nikhil) winner of this race who finished 5th in the previous race that his charge returned lame in Race No. 60 and thereafter ran in Race No. 85 where the gelding had met a superior set and finished close 5th as compared to the present race where the company being poor, his charge could manage to win the race was noted.  Trainer Ravinder Singh was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey S J Sunil (TRUTH AND DARE) in the presence of Trainer S K Sunderji that his mount was not striding well as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage for greater part of the race was not accepted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities as such the Jockey was fined Rs. 10,000/- for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race.
