Jockey P. Sai Kumar (CHAR EK CHAR) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process causing check to SIYAVASH (App. Gaurav Singh), who in turn caused interference to SUPER ANGEL (App. Abhay Singh) who was racing directly behind.
                
Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (CHAR EK CHAR) that his saddle moved to front at about the 400 mtrs as such he could not offer complete assistance to his mount thereafter. As this confirmed our observation, the Jockeys explanation was noted and Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was fined Rs. 5000/- for failing exercise grater care in saddling of his charge whose saddle moved to front during the running of the race.
 
Explanation of Jockey R Ajinkya (OWN VOICE) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount took time and was gradually gaining ground inspite of his best efforts, Trainer S K Sunderji while confirming the above added that his charge is still a maiden and in the present race is running with the experienced horses and opined that his charge relish over longer trip and this being a 7 furlong race the filly was taking time to cover the ground was noted for future reference.
