Explanation of App.  Gaurav Singh (CHINA TOWN) that his mount ran erratic, more so under  pressure in the straight and in trying to control shifted out and bumped JURAMENTO (Akshay Kumar) at about 150 metres in spite of his best effort was not accepted and the App was fined a sum of Rs.3000/-for failing to maintain straight course.

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (LONDON BELL) that his mount was tending to run out from  about 400 mtres in the process shifted and forced out STAG’S LEAP (A.A.Vikrant) in the final 100 metres in spite of his best efforts was not accepted and the jockey was  fined a sum of Rs.3000/- for failing to maintain straight course.

Explanation of Jockey Anthony Raj S (N R I ANGEL) that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort the filly shortened her strides and did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer G.Shashkant noted, However the Jockey was cautioned for dropping his hands much before passing the winning post though on a beaten horse.
