Shashikanth that his instructions were to go to front and if chased by any one, to position his mount close 2nd, which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey and Trainer were informed that an enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of CITY OF BLISS in the above race.
