PPLETHORA (App. R S Jodha) was trotting short on both fore, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

TOQUE BLANCHE (Khurshad Alam) was reluctant to be stalled inspite of several attempts, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked.

Explanation of App. Santosh Raj N R (THE HAMBONE) in the presence of Trainer G. Shashikanth that his mount suddenly drifted out at about the 450 mtrs catching him unaware in the process forced out ABOVE THE LAW (Md. Ismail) and again shifted out between the 400 to 300 mtrs in the process forcing out and causing interference to the latter inspite of his best efforts. As this confirmed our observation and the incident being purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken. Trainer G. Shashikanth was advised to show his charge in Two (2) Mock Races to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.
