Explanation of App. Santosh Raj N R (CABELLO) that his mount has a soft mount and took an awkward jump in the process lost about 1 or 2 lengths as such he was unable to position his mount in the mid bunch as instructed was not accepted and the App was severely cautioned for failing to take level jump.

Jockey B R Kumar (DOE A DEER) was severely reprimanded for dropping his hands in the final stages of the race when involved in a close finish.

App. R S Jodha (CLASSY DAME) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the final stages of the race.

Explanation of Jockey Afroz Khan (CHINA TOWN) that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure in the process shifted in at about the 300 mtrs taking the ground of HOT SEAT (A A Vikrant) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting in under use of the whip and taking the ground of HOT SEAT (A A Vikrant) at about the 300 mtrs whilst racing on the rails.

Explanation of Trainer K. Satheesh with regard to the improved performance of his charge CLASSY DAME (App. RS Jodha) placed 2nd in this race who finished unplaced in the previous race that his charge had a set back after the previous race i.e. R No. 104 and was under treatment as such he was given a long gap of about 1 1/2 months and also changed the equipment in this race which has been his charges advantage, as such improved performance was noted. The Trainer was however, advised to ensure that his charge race more consistently in future.
